Iona Meadows is an ADHD Specialist Health and Wellbeing Coach, recognised for her extensive training and a lifetime of lived experience. She holds PCI Accreditation, the NHS gold standard of excellence for health and care professionals, and brings a deeply informed, evidence-based approach to her work.

Iona’s coaching is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and compassionately curious ethos. Her practice is shaped not only by professional expertise but also by personal insight. As someone with ADHD and dyscalculia, she brings a rich and empathetic understanding to the challenges her clients face.

In addition to her PCI Accreditation in Health and Wellbeing Coaching, Iona has undertaken advanced training across a range of relevant disciplines including therapeutic fundamentals, sensory processing, executive functioning and trauma-informed care. She has spent over a decade supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages and backgrounds, long before wider public awareness began to grow.
