Sarah Chrisholm

Assistant Psychologist

Sarah completed her bachelor’s degree in English literature and psychology in 2019 at Newcastle University before moving on to complete her master’s in psychology at Northumbria University in 2021. During this period, she enjoyed volunteering with other students and developed her research interest, particularly in autism and the experiences of autistic girls and women. Leaving Newcastle in 2022, she moved to the Southwest of England, where she grew in her hands-on experience as a SEN Learning Support Assistant before beginning working with Headsight Services as an Assistant Psychologist in 2023. Over her two years in this role, she has expanded her interest in neurodiversity through training as an ADOS-2 assessor, as well as contributing to ADHD assessments and multi-disciplinary reports. As an aspiring Clinical Psychologist, Sarah seeks to remain inquisitive, and she enjoys supporting others to gain a better understanding of themselves or those they love to increase their quality of life.
