I am a qualified and MBACP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a strong foundation in trauma-informed practice, psychological wellbeing, and relational therapy. My work spans both private practice and the public sector, supporting individuals, couples, and families facing complex challenges including adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), homelessness, and mental health difficulties.
In my private practice , I offer individual and couples counselling, drawing on person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. I also work in partnership with organisations to provide accessible therapeutic support to young people, adults and business on reflective practice.
Alongside my clinical work, I lecture in counselling at Warwickshire College Group, where I support the development of trainee practitioners with a focus on trauma-informed care and applied therapeutic skills.
My academic background includes a foundation degree in Therapeutic Counselling, a degree in Psychology, Health & Wellbeing, and a forthcoming Master’s in Psychology (2025). I hold additional specialist training in couples therapy, safeguarding, mental health first aid, and trauma recovery.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where meaningful growth and healing can take place.
